Official terms for Kaushift. Email: kaushift@gmail.com

1. Who Can File a Takedown Notice

Any individual, company representative, copyright owner, or legal counsel may file a formal takedown request if user-generated content on Kaushift infringes copyright, breaches non-disclosure agreements, contains private doxxed data, or makes unproven allegations damaging to reputation.

2. Mandatory Notice Submission Details

Email your written complaint to kaushift@gmail.com with the following items:

  • Exact URL Link: Specific story URL, post link, or comment ID.
  • Specific Passages: Exact sentences or metric figures alleged to be unlawful or infringing.
  • Legal Grounds & Proof: Clear evidence demonstrating ownership, falsity, NDA breach, or statutory violation.
  • Complainant Identity: Full legal name, official title, organization, phone number, and physical city of residence.
  • Good-Faith Statement: A sworn declaration that the information provided is accurate and truthful under penalty of perjury.

3. Fair Hearing & 48-Hour Author Right of Reply

To prevent frivolous or bad-faith takedowns aimed at silencing authentic founder failure stories, Kaushift provides the story author with a 48-hour Right of Reply upon receiving a non-emergency takedown notice. The author may submit counter-evidence or elect partial text redaction (e.g., obscuring specific company or individual names) while retaining their core operational story.

4. Ghost Mode Shield & Legal Order Requirement

Informal or out-of-court takedown notices will NOT result in the unmasking or handover of identity data for authors posting under Ghost Mode. Ghost Mode metadata is disclosed strictly in compliance with valid, binding orders issued by competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India or authorized law enforcement agencies under the Information Technology Act.

5. Statutory Review SLAs

Upon submitting a notice to kaushift@gmail.com, an automated receipt acknowledgment notification is sent upon receiving your notice. Emergency notices (doxxing, intimate images, cyber threats) are acted upon within 24 hours. General takedown determinations are issued within 48 to 72 hours under Indian Intermediary Guidelines.
